The space you're in TODAY!

We all have a picture in our minds of what we want to look like and that picture is often something we've seen in the mirror before. However, real life catches up with everyone and it's not always realistic to think we can look or feel exactly like we did 10, 15 or 20 years ago. With that, what you need to is take that picture of your "ideal former self" and make adjustments to it to account for where who you are today. In other words, make it fit the space you live in today.
That's not to say that you can't maximize yourself to achieve an ideal, but rather that your ideal is likely not what it once was. As we age, changes take place in our bodies that we can't reverse - we can only control them to an extent. However, you can still be the best YOU in the space you occupy today... so that's what you should aspire to be. This is a big topic for a great number of people so I'm going to expand on this more in my next blog.
Go have a great day and starting now, take the mental picture of your "ideal former self" and modify it to look like who you could be today. It might not be as perfect as it once was, but it's still perfect because it's the real you.

Today is the day that you start leading an impactful life. Today is the day that you have a positive impact on others. Today you have IMPACT!
Starting today, I'm going to be more impactful by bloggin about what Impact means to me and how you can be more impactful (and the like). The lesson is that if you want to make a change or do something new it needs to starts today - not tomorrow or next week. You may not finish or achieve your ultimate goal today, but you need to stop thinking and start acting. You only have an impact if you start today... start now... do it... now!
